Thefindings of the study revealed that postnatal mothers have positive knowledge; and practiced exclusive breastfeeding; age of postnatal mothers does not affect their knowledge in Exclusive breastfeeding; and that age of the postnatal mothers does not affect the practice of exclusive breastfeeding.
